MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION FOR THE LAPEER COUNTY GENEALOGICAL SOCIETY (LCGS)
Membership to the LCGS is open to anyone who has an interest in genealogy and family history. We are happy to have you join us, regardless of if you are just starting your journey or if you have been active for many years.

The material contained within the Research Center is intended for private family research and NEVER to be considered for the Internet exposure. All pictures are the property of the Society and are not to be copied or published or exhibited in any public form without written permission of the Society’s Board of Directors. Whenever Society materials are being displayed or printed, a statement should accompany this material stating it belongs to the LCGS. MEMBERSHIP CALENDAR
The Membership calendar year is January 1 – December 31. Dues received after October 1st will be for the following calendar year unless otherwise indicated.
MEMBERSHIP DESCRIPTIONS. COST AND PAYMENT FOR ANNUAL DUES (New and Renewal)
Compete the Membership Form and send a check or money order to the LCGS, c/o Membership, to the mailing address noted below. To receive your membership dues receipt by return mail, please include a stamped, self-addressed envelope.

The Membership Form contains the descriptions and costs of the different plans available for purchase: (1) Individual; (2) Family; (3) Student; (4) Lifetime; or (5) Organizations. Those members who wish to have copies of the Legacy newsletters mailed to them need to select the option that states "with mailed newsletter" which is at an additional cost of $20 per year..
