Visitors are also welcome at the Research Center. Volunteers can introduce you to the available resources and help you get started with your research.
If you are unable to visit in person, a volunteer can provide one free hour of research to identify local resources and information available in the Research Center for your request. This one‑time service is offered per person and is based on volunteer availability.
If additional time is needed beyond the free hour, the cost is $10.00 per hour. Volunteers will notify you if more time is required for your current or future requests, and payment is due in advance.
When submitting a request, please include as much information as possible to help volunteers process it efficiently. Every reasonable effort will be made to locate the information you request; however, results cannot be guaranteed.
Requested information will be sent electronically (PDF via email) due to high postage costs. If you prefer copies by mail, additional charges will apply based on page count and postage. These costs cannot be determined until the research is complete. For requests resulting in only a few pages, you may send a size #10, self‑addressed, stamped envelope. Please confirm the correct postage with the Post Office. Copies cost 25 cents per page
